Background

The Army Reserve site is a City-owned property, located at 2372 S. Logan Ave. The Bay View Neighborhood Plan, which was developed with extensive community input and adopted by the Common Council in 2023, recommends development that provides much-needed housing options for all life stages and income levels.

Community Workshop

The Department of City Development is hosting a community workshop for the Army Reserve Site at South Shore Pavilion (2900 S. Shore Drive) on Monday, July 20th from 4-7pm. The purpose of the meeting is to gather input that will help inform a future Request for Proposals (RFP) for development of the site.

The meeting is open house-style. We ask that you register for a time slot so we can best accommodate everyone. See the flyer for more details.
