Milwaukee's Residential Zoning Map

Each property in the city is assigned a zoning district. That zoning district has a set of rules for what can be built on that property and the size of the building. Zoning does not define what currently exists on a lot, but what can be built new. This map includes the zoning districts that allow housing, and the drop-downs explain what types of housing are currently allowed and the proposed changes.
